• Provide core app features (saving expenses, budgets, receipts, recurring entries, and exporting to CSV).
• Authenticate you and keep your data associated with your account.
• Maintain app security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
• Improve reliability and user experience.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app, such as cloud hosting and authentication.

Service providers

LedgerLite uses third-party services to store and sync data and receipt images. For example, we may use cloud infrastructure and authentication services (such as Firebase) to provide app functionality.

Data retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Your choices

• Receipts access: you can choose whether to grant photo library/camera access to upload receipts.
• Account deletion: you can request deletion of your account and associated data via Support.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children’s privacy

LedgerLite is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
